Казалось бы, уже почти рассосавшийся скандал вокруг высказываний о геях Ивана Охлобыстина вдруг получил новый импульс. На актера и священника подали в суд. Истцом выступил гей-активист Николай Баев.

- Это гражданский иск о защите чести и достоинства, попранного его заявлением о необходимости сжигать геев живьем в печах, - написал Баев на своей странице в Facebook. - Я не надеюсь на российское правосудие. Моя цель - довести дело до высших судебных инстанций, включая Европейский суд по правам человека, чтобы создать прецедент для правовой защиты ЛГБТ в России.

Гей-активист считает, что своим предложением сжигать содомитов Охлобыстин призвал к насилию над представителями нетрадиционной сексуальной ориентации.

- Обратной стороной этих призывов к насилию в России является реальное насилие над гомосексуалами и трансгендерами, о которых ежедневно сообщается в криминальных хрониках России, - считает Баев. - Полная безнаказанность таких людей, как Охлобыстин, развязывает руки реальным убийцам и преступникам.

Как сообщил адвокат Баева, Андрей Зайцев, иск уже принят судом к производству и даже определена дата досудебной подготовки - 17 февраля года в 14 часов 00 минут.

- Публичный человек, священнослужитель, не имеет морального права на такие высказывания, поскольку утверждение о сжигании в печах людей вне зависимости от их сексуальной ориентации и гендерной идентичности по своей сути носит антигуманный характер, оправдывая при этом политику фашизма и геноцида, проводимую Гитлером во времена Третьего рейха, - написал адвокат.

Представитель Баева также сообщил, что телеграмму о вызове на заседания суда уже отправили и самому ответчику, то есть Охлобыстину. Актер не замедлил отреагировать – конечно, публично в своем Twitter.

- Тухлое дело, ребята, - написал Охлобыстин. - Вообще сам факт подачи такого заявления оскорбляет мои религиозные чувства. И защита какой чести и достоинства ? Чьей? Абсурд!

Как известно, Иван Охлобыстин уже не раз выступал с критикой гомосексуализма. Так, в декабре он завил, что ненавидит геев. Я бы их всех живьем в печку запихал. Это Содом и Гоморра, я как верующий человек не могу к этому относиться равнодушно, это живая опасность моим детям , - сказал актер.

После таких высказываний, конечно, разгорелся скандал, который затронул и компанию, в которой работал актер. Евросеть обозвали Европечью , а в Сети стали появляться письма с призывами к Apple разорвать отношения с российской компанией. На этой волне Охлобыстин покинул в этой компании пост креативного директора и сразу же устроился на эту же должность в Baon.

Продолжая линию борьбы с содомией , Охлобыстин обратился с открытым письмом к президенту России Владимиру Путину. В своем послании он попросил главу государства вернуть в Уголовный кодекс статью за мужеложество.

Эти заявления тоже вызвали в сети широкий общественный резонанс. Русская православная церковь поддержала проведение широкой дискуссии по вопросу уголовного наказания за мужеложство. А вот в Госдуме высказывания Охлобыстина посчитали пиаром.

Сторонники однополого секса пытаются засудить Охлобыстина, а тот, в свою очередь, считает, что они сами должны ответить перед законом.
